Cut or break your cauliflower into chunky florets and marinade in soya sauce and lime juice.
Pour the milk in a bowl, your flour in another, and breadcrumbs in another. Add the sesame seeds, garlic, and onion to the breadcrumbs and mix well.
Dunk the cauliflower into the milk, then flour, then milk again and finally the breadcrumbs. Make sure they are well coated and place on an oiled baking sheet and roast for 40-45 minutes until crips.
To make the sauce combine the lime zest and juice and tahini together and season to taste.
Pour the cauliflower nuggets onto a plate and drizzle with tahini sauce.
Top with chilli flakes.
