Grain Free Granola Clusters

- 220 slivered raw almonds
- 150cup raw pecans
- 110 raw walnuts
- 50 chia seeds
- 15 flaxseed meal
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 50ml coconut oil
- 120g agave
- 40g chopped dates or dried fruit
- 40g desiccated coconut
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 165°C.
- In a large mixing bowl combine all your dry ingredients.
- In a small saucepan, warm the coconut oil and agave syrup and pour over the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto a large oiled baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and add the dried fruit and coconut and stir well and press it firmly down to create clusters.
- Return to the oven for another 8-10 minutes until it’s starting to crisp on top.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before storing in a container with an airtight seal.
