Pumpkin and Sesame Seed Brittle

- 100g sesame seeds
- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 50g sunflower seeds
- 60g agave syrup
- Pinch salt
- 120g dark chocolate
- 20 g coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 165C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Stir the sesame, pumpkin and sunflower seeds to a bowl along with the agave syrup and salt and mix well.
- Pour the seed mixture to the baking tray and press down to flatten.
- Place in the oven to bake for 23-25 minutes until the edges are brown. Let it cool fully.
- Melt your chocolate and coconut oil and spread over, finishing with a sprinkle of flaky salt. Break into chunks.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
