Tahini Vegan Protein Fudge*

Vegan Protein Fudge

  • 130g Tahini 

  • 110g coconut oil 

  • 100g plant based protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon of coconut flour 

  • 1 teaspoon of Maca Powder

  • 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds


Melt the coconut oil in a pan over a low heat. Combine all ingredients except the hemp seeds together. 

You can add a little maple syrup for extra sweetness if you like. 

Line a loaf tin with baking paper and press the mixture into it. 

Sprinkle the hemp seeds on top and add a pinch of salt also. 

Allow to set in the freezer for 30 mins before slicing.
