How I Am Eating Now - The Loving Diet
After nine years of being vegan, my tastes have evolved, especially during the COVID-19 quarantine. I initially gravitated towards comfort foods and baking, but with less exercise, I quickly felt bloated and my sleep became erratic. My Bali Experience
I’m just back from a very blissful month in Bali. It was a spur of the moment decision to go but it seemed from the moment I was staying with my brother Jamie White in Canggu and went up to Ubud twice for retreats and workshops also.
